Indianapolis Colts (10-0): The Colts always have been finding ways to win and that continued on Sunday with their 17-15 win over the Ravens. They get the Texans this week and already had a close encounter with them a few weeks ago winning by a field goal.
New Orleans Saint (10-0): The Saints stayed perfect to set up their showdown on Monday Night with the Patriots. This is a potential Super Bowl preview and the Saints are going to look to make a statement as they try to complete the perfect season.
Minnesota Vikings (9-1): Bret Favre threw another 4 touchdowns as the Vikings improved to 9-1. They host the Bears this weekend as they look to pick up their tenth win of the season
New England Patriots (7-3): The Patriots look to end the Saints bid for a perfect season as they visit New Orleans on Monday Night. The Patriots avenged an early season loss to the Jets by beating them 31-14.
Arizona Cardinals (7-3): The Cardinals have been one of the hottest teams in the NFL in recent weeks but Kurt Warner suffered a head injury in their victory over the Rams. They visit the red hot Titans and Warner’s status is up in the air.
San Diego Chargers (7-3): The Chargers picked up a big victory over the Broncos and now hold the AFC West division lead. The defense has been playing well lately and they look to keep control of the division with a home game against the Chiefs.
Dallas Cowboys (7-3): The Cowboys host the Raiders on Thanksgiving Day as they look to stay on top of the division. The Raiders have already upset the Eagles and Bengals this year so the Cowboys have to take them seriously as the whole nation will be watching.
Cincinnati Bengals (7-3): The Bengals failed to separate themselves from the Steelers with a disappointing loss to the Raiders. They held a 7 point lead with less than a minute left and gave up a long touchdown pass and fumbled the ensuing kickoff setting up a game ending field goal.
Philadelphia Eagles (6-4): The Eagles kept pace with the Cowboys by beating the Bears on Sunday Night. They take on the Redskins who they already beat this year but are going up against one of the better pass defenses in the league. LeSean McCoy will have to step up if they want to win this one.
Pittsburgh Steelers (6-4): The Steelers lost a tough one to the Chiefs this weekend and also lost Ben Roethlisberger to injury in overtime. It looks like he should be able to play this weekend but it’s something to keep an eye on as the season plays out.
Denver Broncos (6-4): The Broncos are desperate for a win and they will look to pick it up Thanksgiving Night as they host the New York Giants. This is a very big game as both teams are battling for playoff spots.
New York Giants: (6-4): The Giants ended their 4 game losing streak by defeating the Atlanta Falcons. They blew a big 4th quarter lead but saved their season with a field goal in overtime. They travel to Denver tomorrow night and need to pick up a win if they want to stay in the playoff race.
Jacksonville Jaguars (6-4): The Jaguars continue to win and are in position to make the playoffs if they can continue to pick up wins. They have a very winnable game but they do have to travel to San Francisco and take on a 49ers team looking to get back on the winning track.
Green Bay Packers (6-4): The Packers picked up a big win on Sunday beating the 49ers 30-24. Aaron Rodgers threw for 344 yards and 2 touchdowns. They travel to Detroit on Thanksgiving and have a chance to pick up their 7th win.
Baltimore Ravens (5-5): The Ravens almost picked up a huge win over the Colts but fell just short. Now they are in a position where they need to win a lot of games if they are going to make the playoffs. It doesn’t get any easier as they play the Steelers this week in what is a must win.
Houston Texans (5-5): The Texans missed out on a chance to sit at 6-4 and be tied for a wild card spot when they lost to the Titans at home on Monday Night. Now they are in the same position as the Ravens needing to win every game. Beating the Colts this weekend would be a great momentum builder for them as they push for the playoffs.
Atlanta Falcons (5-5): The Falcons lost another tough one in overtime against the Giants and now sit at .500. Matt Ryan has been under attack as the offensive line hasn’t been protecting him lately. Michael Turner should be able to play this weekend so look for them to get him involved in the offense.
Miami Dolphins (5-5): The Dolphins have been resilient all year as they have been battling injuries to some of their key players and still manage to be in the thick of things in the wild card hunt. Ricky Williams stepped in and led them to victory over the Panthers last Thursday.
Tennessee (4-6): The move to make Vince Young the starting quarterback has worked wonders for the Titans. They are 4-0 since starting him including the big Monday Night victory over the Texans. They play division leading Arizona this weekend at home as they try to take pull another upset.
Carolina Panthers (4-6): The Panthers missed out on their opportunity to get to 5-5 with the loss to the Dolphins and all but ended their shot at sneaking into the playoffs. They take on the struggling Jets this weekend as they look to get back on the winning track.
San Francisco 49ers (4-6): Michael Crabtree picked up his first career touchdown in their defeat to the Packers. Crabtree has been getting more involved in the offense in the recent weeks and his emergence along with Vernon Davis having his breakout season should have the offense on the way up.
Chicago Bears (4-6): The Bears played the Eagles close all game long on Sunday Night but were unable to come away with a victory. This season may be lost but they should be building towards next year as Jay Cutler continues to adjust to the offense in Chicago.
New York Jets (4-6): The Jets are now 1-6 since their 3-0 start. Mark Sanchez has looked like a rookie the last few weeks as hit interception total is starting to climb. The Defense has also dropped from their great start. The Jets are in desperate need for a win.
Kansas City Chiefs (3-7): The Chiefs have won two in a row including an overtime victory over the defending Super Bowl champions the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Chiefs will look to make it 3 in a row against the division leading Chargers.
Seattle Seahawks (3-7): The Seahawks continue to struggle through the NFL season. They failed to get anything going against the Vikings on Sunday but get the Rams this weekend in what should be one of the worst games of the week or season for that matter.
Washington Redskins (3-7): The Redskins held the Cowboys scoreless through 3 full quarters and the majority of the 4th but gave up a late touchdown and lost the game 7-6. The Redskins pass defense is the bright spot of the team as they rank at the top in the league against the pass.
Oakland Raiders (3-7): The Raiders picked up their second shocker of the year by beating the Bengals in overtime. They get a chance to pick up another big win on Thanksgiving as they visit the Cowboys. Bruce Gradkowski will be making his second start of the season and will look to pick up win #2.
Buffalo Bills (3-7): The Bills finally managed to get a big play from Terrell Owens on his 98 yard touchdown reception. They still lost the game, but for a team that has failed to do anything positive this year at least TO will be happy for now.
Detroit Lions (2-8): The Lions fell down 21-0 early to the Browns but managed to come back and pull off the miracle victory by scoring as time expired. They did lose Matthew Stafford to injury as he was hit hard on that final play of the game.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-9): Josh Freeman has clearly been the best option at quarterback for the Buccaneers this season but it isn’t resulting in any victories. They held a 7-0 lead over the Saints but ended up losing 38-7.
St. Louis Rams (1-9): The Rams had a chance to upset the Cardinals but fell short. Steven Jackson seems to be the only thing they have going for themselves. Their best shot at win #2 comes this weekend against Seattle.
Cleveland Browns (1-9): Only the Browns would manage to go up 21-0 and end up losing the game. They were seconds away from winning but committed a pass interference penalty on a hail mary as time expired. This allowed the Lions to run a play from the 1 yard line and they capitalized.
